DO YOU COME TO MY HOUSE TO TUNEUP MY LAWNMOWER?

Yes! We focus on tune-ups (sharpening blades, changing oil, etc.) and quick minor repairs. If you’re in the service area of Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, Millersville, Shackle Island, White House, Portland, and Gallatin, TN, contact us for details.

CAN YOU SERVICE MY MOWER WHILE I’M GONE?

Absolutely! Life is busy and our goal is to make the whole process as easy and convenient for you as possible. Over the phone, we will give an approximate timeframe and reach out closer to the service date. You have the option to leave the mower out on the agreed upon day. We will arrive during business hours, service the mower, and place it back where you had it.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD TUNEUP?

Sharpen or replace blade(s), change oil, oil filter (when applicable), fuel filter (when applicable), new spark plug(s), blow out air filter (unless replacement is needed), grease fittings (when applicable), and inflate tires to proper air pressure.

I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY MOWER. CAN YOU HELP?

We have a minimum call out/diagnostic fee of $85. Get in touch with us and we’ll see if we can help.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, card, Venmo, Paypal.

DO YOU WORK ON CHAINSAWS, BLOWERS, GENERATORS, STRING TRIMMERS, PRESSURE WASHERS, TILLERS, ATVS, OR LARGER FARM TRACTORS?

No we only work on mowers.

ARE THERE ANY SMALL ENGINE SERVICES YOU DO NOT PROVIDE?

As a limited mobile service, we focus mainly on tune ups and quick repairs. We do not do any engine-off-frame repairs, hydraulic transmission fluid changes, transmission fluid line replacements, or transmission rebuilds.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT PARTS OR CANNOT FIX MY MOWER AT THE SCHEDULED TIME?

We do our best to be as prepared as possible. We will discuss the issues your mower is experiencing over the phone beforehand and hopefully be able to determine everything we might need. The more information you can provide on our online form, the better (we love pictures!). That being said, it’s not uncommon for other issues to be discovered once we have the mower in front of us and we might not have the specific part(s) in stock. In that case, we will charge you for the full price of the repair (plus parts) and return at a later date free of charge to complete the repair.

DO YOU USE OEM PARTS?

We do not use OEM manufacture parts unless specifically requested by the customer. Over years of repairing small engine equipment, we have found after market parts that work just as well as OEM and for less cost to YOU, the customer.

DO YOU SELL PARTS?

No but new parts are provided with service.
